I stumbled upon this fantastic business when I was shopping at the farmers market that occurs in the same area. I immediately knew this was the perfect place to purchase an engagement ring. Not to discredit the big box jewelry stores, but I strive for uniqueness and a more personal ... interaction. Whereas the stores you see in the mall I feel like are more transactional. I went here about a month or two ago to look around and Annie was absolutely patient with me because I had no idea what I was doing. That same day, I found what I wanted. Annie went above and beyond to achieve what I was drafting in my head and made it come to life within a few weeks! Now I haven’t picked up the ring yet, but I was able to do a virtual appointment to see it (due to the Covid-19) with Bob and it looks absolutely stunning! Words can’t express how much I appreciate the customer service they have given, especially during these unprecedented times. Even though I haven’t seen the ring in person yet, these few outstanding interactions have instilled so much trust that I just know it’s perfect. I recently worked with Worthington Jewelers on having two rings resized, I was really nervous about choosing the right jewelry store as the rings are really important to me. Due to a constant fluctuation in my hand size from heart issues I needed a jeweler who could help me figure ... out the right size for my rings. Kathryn was SO sweet to me, really took her time having me try different sizes and coming up with a game plan on what would work best. I was also very impressed with their process on service tickets to ensure everyone is clear on what you left with them. My rings were done well before the already quick turnaround time they gave me and my goodness, they looked beautiful! You could not even tell that they had been altered! They also fit fantastically! Tabitha was absolutely awesome! Bought an engagement ring here and she made the process painless and easy. We shopped around at some other jewelry stores, and nobody knew more about what they had than Tabitha. I highly recommend this store to anybody in the market for a diamond.
Eric was amazingly helpful. As mother of the bride I was uncertain as to what I wanted/needed. He helped me work in budget to find a beautiful pearl and diamond necklace. There selection was fantastic and the whole experience was truly 5 star!

Devon, Bob & Theresa are awesome! They care so much about their customers. Great environment - warm & welcoming! They make ring shopping feel comfortable. Devon also sized my ring from a 7 to a 4.5 in 2 hours! Highly recommend!
