Free Jewelry Cleaning and Inspection

Because jewelry wear is normal, and damage can occur, we recommend bringing in all your valued pieces for inspection at least once a year.
Many insurance companies require periodic inspection of engagement rings. A new engagement ring should be professionally cleaned and inspected every two to three months for the first year.
After removing oils and grime with our professional-grade ultrasonic and steam bath, we will visually inspect your jewelry for signs of wear or damage, such as:
- Cracked, chipped or missing stones
- Worn, cracking or missing prongs
- Weak links in chains
Cleaning and inspection takes only a few minutes and is always complimentary, regardless of where you originally purchased your jewelry.
If we do detect a problem, we will discuss options for repair and give you a written estimate and time for completion.
